9Round fitness is a 30-minute full-body kickboxing program. The workouts change every day and our circuit training model allows members to come in any time of day and start their workout. A certified 9Round Trainer is with the member each and every workout to motivate and encourage. Each location is between 1200 and 1500 square feet and can be run with three to five employees.
